Ohhhh… this one takes me back in time! The Shag is back, baby! They’ve been popping up all over my personal Facebook page. New Wave by Tressallure may be my new favorite of all the longer shag wigs.
This slightly longer bob blends multi textures and contoured layering for a lightweight feel and plenty of volume. The flowing sides also offer the perfect face-framing for anyone who is looking for a new style, a new hair color, a new LOOK. New Wave has layers everywhere starting at the temples… and those shattered bangs! I’m in love!
I kind of want to put on some black leather pants, a red tank, grab a guitar and channel Joan Jett. Terrifying visual now that I think about it… maybe 20 years ago I could have pulled that off though.
As they say – what’s old is new again. New Wave by Tressalure has a retro, edgy vibe but still has some softness. It’s kind of a cross between a deconstructed wavy bob and a shag. Whatever you want to call this style, it comes across as a messy, fun, fresh, playful style.
She’s mine! I’m taking this one home with me. I’ll wear her running around during the day, casual nights out, relaxing around the house in my sweatpants, or maybe even with my black leather pants while I rock out to Joan Jett (if that happens I’ll be sure to post a picture for your amusement).
